Michael Chippetta joined Accenture the day they went public in July 2001 and has spent 13 years in the consulting world, helping to manage and drive large scale, complex and global deployments of PeopleSoft and NetSuite at a wide variety of companies and industries. Of the 13 years, Chippetta has spent seven of them helping to drive benefits at local clients, including Exelon, Navistar, Aon, Hewitt and Walgreens.
In September 2013, Chippetta accepted a new role, working directly for Michael Scimo, Accenture’s Agribusiness Executive Sponsor for North America, as the Chicago Local Market Development Director, focusing on driving local market development within the Chicago business and civic community.
Chippetta was born in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago, is a proud graduate of the University of Illinois and enjoys living on the north side of Chicago with his wife Cathi. In his free time, Chippetta enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, playing golf, cooking and rooting for all his favorite Chicago sports teams.
