    New York, NY $1,545
    Los Angeles, CA $1,595

The cost includes site visits and transportation during provided guided events and Celebratory Farewell Dinner. Housing and transportation to and from home and the program location is NOT included. The Family Program is not covered under Tuition & Travel Protection Plan.

  • Do I need to make my own housing arrangements?

Although housing is not provided, we designate a Family Program hotel where all pick up and drop offs will occur. A Family Program room block with discounted rates for participants will be available. Additional information will be shared in your student's MyEnvisionExperience.com page. Family participants will need to transport themselves to and from the designated hotel if they elect to not reside onsite.

  • Will I be able to spend time with my student?

This program is separate from your student’s program and you’ll be spending time with other families of participants and not the students themselves. Many of the sites visited during the Family Program will be similar to the student's program. Past participating family members have found meal and evening time as appropriate times to meet with their student.

  • Do I need to make my own travel arrangements?

Yes. The program cost does not include transportation to and from your home and the program location. We recommend that you make any necessary travel arrangements only AFTER you receive confirmation that you are officially signed up.

  • Can children attend?

Yes. Other children may attend, but if a minor is attending the Family Program, they must attend with a parent or guardian.
